Bryan Kierstead started in the executive search business at the young age of twenty years old as an intern while working on his degree. He quickly found passion for the industry coupled with success early in his career. Over a career of nearly two decades, he received multiple promotions and eventually became the President of a 40-year-old executive search firm. A perennial producer, always seeking to beat his own best, Bryan has built different practices from the ground up. He has placed 300+ professionals for his clients and has mentored many up-and-comers in the search business who are still experiencing great success today.

Bryan has built an exceptional reputation as a business consultant whose clients range from small boutique offices to large, established, international brands. He prides himself on maintaining an unwavering commitment to a high level of honesty and integrity while striving for business and individual growth to the next level.

While Bryan would not trade his present-day career for anything, as a kid his dream was to be a rock star and tour the world. Finding some success as the drummer of former heavy metal band, Chapter of Progress, he released an EP, played sold-out shows, and opened for several international bands, among them being Alice In Chains. These days Bryan enjoys a quieter life (perhaps because his hearing is gone) and seeks adventure spending time with his wife and son, enjoying the outdoors, hiking, hunting, riding horses, and off-roading.
